 Voicethread is a great online tool that allows you to add your voice to an image.

In the example below, the children were asked to demonstrate to others in the class what their group had found out about certain aboriginal dream time stories as part of their ‘Australia’ topic.

There are four stories embeded in this example. Press the ‘play’ arrow at the right hand side, then press the arrow in the middle to listen.

You can also click on the picture thumbnails at the bottom right hand side to select which story to listen to.

Use the ‘Zoom In’ feature when listening to a story to view the drawing sections in detail.
